One tenant paid Rp6,100,000 and received Rp2,740,000 back with no breakdown. Another was docked Rp400,000 for a key they had photographed themselves returning. Travelio is a large funded business managing roughly 15,000 units — which is why this matters. It is not one bad landlord; it is a system, and it has run unchanged for seven years.
