Travelio its a scam I still dint receive my deposit yet from last i stay with them . They said want to transfer to my account and still until now i dint receive anything .. customer service is too poor . Service out and dint know how to reply

Listing of rented apartments to boast content. Dear administrator, please review your listings to only show available units only. Defeats the purpose that I selected my stay dates and keep scrolling the top 10-15 listing to see all rented out apartments. Poor user experience. After spending time and data to research end up pushing users to try other apps.

Worse accommodation app ever! This app is a big scam. Your deposit money will be refunded 3 months later. Your bill will be overcharged and they wouldnโt give out the prove of your electricity and water usage. Customer service is very poor. So if youโre coming to Indonesia just forget about this app. Use Airbnb instead.

Thumbs down. Check in is easy, it's just the booking procedure that's a hassle, the Rp350,000 deposit still hasn't been returned and it's already been 2 weeks. Disappointed, honestly.

Thumbs down. Check in nya gampang, cuma prosedur pemesanannya ribet, deposit 350rb belom dibalikin juga sudah 2 minggu. Kecewa sih.

Deposit withheld with no clarity I used Travelio's services to stay at Cosmo Terrace from 30 March to 30 April. I had to set aside Rp4.5 million as a deposit for deducting the electricity and water charges. According to the agreement, the deposit would be returned within max 14 working days after the electricity and water bills were deducted. So it is Travelio's obligation to coordinate with the building management about those bills. But what actually happened is that even at 18 working days, Travelio still failed to return the deposit. They always said the apartment management hadn't provided the billing records yet. And even then, I was the one who had to keep pressing and asking Travelio. There was no good faith from Travelio to proactively give updates on the progress of the bills and the deposit refund process. As a customer, I feel very bothered. I checked out long ago but the money is still being held and notโฆ

Deposit ditahan tanpa kejelasan Saya memakai jasa Travelio untuk stay di Cosmo Terrace dari tanggal 30 Maret - 30 April. Saya harus mengalokasikan dana 4,5 juta rupiah sebagai deposit untuk pemotongan biaya listrik dan air. Menurut kesepakatan, deposit akan dikembalikan maks 14 hari kerja setelah dipotong tagihan listrik dan air. Sehingga sudah menjadi kewajiban Travelio untuk berkoordinasi dengan manajemen gedung tentang tagihan2 tersebut. Namun yang terjadi adalah sampai 18 hari kerja, Travelio masih gagal memberikan kembali deposit. Mereka selalu bilang bahwa pihak manajemen apartemen belum memberikan catatan tagihan. Ini pun harus saya yang terus menerus mendesak menanyakan pada Travelio. Tidak ada itikad baik dari Travelio untuk proaktif memberikan kabar progress dari tagihan dan proses pengembalian deposit. Saya sebagai customer merasa sangat terganggu. Saya sudah lama check out tapi uang masih ditahan dan tidakโฆ
