BAD SERVICE Wanted to check in and was made to wait almost 5 hours, with lots of excuses laid out, the location's far from the office, there's no grab to send the key, they're serving other people, if you cover a wide area please improve your service and speed it up, it's been a long time and there's still something lacking

Stay away. Worst Customer Service if you have booking issues I’ve stayed using Travelio more than once. When there is no issue with the booking, Travelio is actually okay and has decent accommodation options. However, if you have issue, they don’t seem to care to solve the customer’s problem. I stayed long terms for business before and they promised a parking card. After following with them daily, they have never given me the parking card at all. The second one, I stayed for another long term stay and they didn’t give the second key. Again, I asked daily and all they say was that they will take care of it, but never did. Lastly, the refrigerator broke and they asked me to pay to fix it. If you care about customer service who will take care your issues, stay away from Travelio and stick with actual hotel operators.

Very bad I was book by online through Travelio and I read all reviews wrote the same wording said “Good”I dont think these all write by all customers.Looks like write by same person to hit the rating to “5” And also comunicate with customers service I ask many questions but the person repeated Ask what is my questions ?🥵

Scam Since my last review. They suddenly replied my messages even though they said they couldnt find my account. Acted like they would fix the issues reported when we first moved in. Said they will send a technician. They came only to take pictures and nothing else. Even though the cs promised they would fix stuff they didnt even bring light bulbs and had to reask what the issues were. Joke app. Going to report o bank once this is over would never rent from them again. Worse customer service

GARBAGE App Watch out for this app, if you want to rent daily you're better off going through airbnb, but still be careful too, sometimes on airbnb there are ones hosted by travelio. When I first rented this place, I already had a problem with the CS because the CS didn't help explain what the payment system was like, and instead kept getting snippy with me. When we set up the check in, I'd already seen that the latest I could check in was only 30 minutes after the time I'd set or I'd get a fine, and then I arrived on time but the travelio team gave no word until 1 hour after the set time. After I'd waited 1 hour, CS just said please wait, the team is on the way, in the end I waited 1.5 hours in total, CS finally just told me the key wasn't there and asked me to check in the next day with no compensation for somewhere to stay that night. Only after I pushed and pushed did they give me 1 relocation unit to stay in that night. Even then I only got into the unit 3 hours after the agreed time, at 11 at night. When I arrived…

neglected unit the unit doesn't match the pictures in the ad, using this app is really not recommended, the unit in the ad pictures is clean and new, turns out the photos are from years ago, at check in the walls were moldy, the ac was leaking, the smell of fungus everywhere, the place is really unfit to live in and doesn't match the price, not maintained at all. i booked a unit at Rp3.7 million per month and what i got was a unit like the description above. after i asked for a replacement because the unit was really unfit, Customer service wouldn't deal with it, they said the booking had been confirmed and couldn't be changed, helloo, you're selling a pig in a poke, turns out it's false advertising. it's strongly advised to book on another app rather than on this app.

THIEVING APP!! I rented a unit for 1 month for giving birth by C-section, I never expected they'd stress me out right up until after I gave birth. The first problem, the unit being rented out was really not fit to be rented out because the electricity went out every 1-3 hours, then the response from the travelio side was really, really slow, so I had to wait up to 2-5 hours with no electricity inside the apartment unit, the second problem, the kitchen sink had a really strong, pungent smell, I couldn't even eat, I felt so nauseous smelling it, and it often leaked so I constantly had to wipe that floor because it was often wet, the balcony door was broken and couldn't be closed, then the photos when I chose that unit were very different from the real thing, the pillows and bolsters were totally flat, like just cotton with a cover put on, the walls were all crumbling and mossy. Don’t waste your time in this app This app it’s too complicated there’s lots of requirements that they didn’t listed in the first place when they contacting you, I thought we just have to receive the email confirmation from Rbnb cause they work with Rbnb and they will contact the host and everything’s done but no, there’s more to do, send them your ID and the only way to contacting you is with phone number which is for foreigners it’s just too much when you already paid and provide all the informations and they telling me it’s already confirm, man that’s just to much

Travelio customer service and advertisements are unbearablely misleading Do not book thru travelio, read more than just my review. See more on Google and elsewhere. First time in my life writing a review for an app, but booking an apt thru travelio has been the worst experience. The ad of the apt was incredibly misleading ("internet provided" it said from the start). Long story short, it was not, and customer service is completely useless and tell us a different story everytime. Worse situation, the cooking gas. The tank was empty when we moved in and discussed with the move in support. We reported, and they told us it was our responsibility to "refill" the tank. Imagine. We even gave up on their stupidity in not understanding that it was empty when we came, and told them fine we will refill ourselves - but then we are reprimanded by building management that the gas tank we tried to "refill" was illegal to use in the apt building bc it is for low income…

Hard to get money refunded, lots of excuses At check in I was told to give a rating first, and whaddya know, turns out it's rotten on the inside lol. I checked out on 20 March. From the start I was informed that deposit money paid by debit would be refunded within max 7 working days from when the building bill comes out. I've confirmed with the building that the water bill comes out on the 5th of every month. But up to now, 14 April 2022, there's still no clarity. When I followed up they said "no information yet from the owner regarding the bill from the building" . Sorry to say, but Rp3 million for a deposit is not a small number, ok :(. At first it just seemed weird that every time I chased it there was always some excuse, then I finally looked at the reviews on the appstore and on google and it turns out I'm not the only one who's experienced something like this.
