Respond !! Please help me out with some discretion, come on. Check-in was from 12 o'clock but until 6:30 no one from the room boy side contacted me. There goes my money then, Rp850,000

Bad When I was about to check in at reception I showed my booking proof, the reception staff said there were no apartment rooms by travelio, then I chatted with the travelio admin and was told to pay the deposit first and only then would the room boy come, that's when I started getting suspicious, I didn't pay the deposit before the room boy came, in the end I left the apartment feeling annoyed and cheated

BAD SERVICE Don't bother downloading this app, it's not good at all. Not helpful. Bad service, no response. On the day itself the order was just left hanging like that, without any confirmation whatsoever.

Worst service Total mess.. 2 days before, I was told the unit turned out not to be ready and then I got relocated. On the day itself they couldn't be reached for check-in, chats weren't answered, calls went through. Then I tried chatting from another number, claiming to be an apartment owner who wanted to partner with them, and that chat got answered. Never order from any app that's related to travelio

Garbage Garbage app. It's been 2 months and the deposit still hasn't been paid out, and they always tell you to wait. On top of that they accuse people of damage we didn't cause. What a joke. If you want to steal, don't do it like this, you idiots

Dubious company Slow work, chatting with the agent is slow, everything is slow, if it's really that busy then add more workers. Eventually people will get fed up with using this app too! Way too many games, especially about the deposit, for all of us, me and my friends who used travelio, the deposit took 3 months to be paid out 🤣

Disappointing!! We booked for New Year's and they just went ahead and refunded us, on the grounds that the building management wasn't willing to have the unit used for daily stays. If it really wasn't possible, why was it shown on the app from the start!! On top of that, we'd already gone and booked all sorts of things in that area!!! Our event got messed up because of them!!! Please, you guys be more aware with trvelio, don't book here, better to book on another app!!

Unclear deposit refund I rented for 5 months, and for the deposit refund it's already been 6 months with no clear status

The live chat isn’t working and difficult to reach out to customer care call They always ask you to go to the live chat, but it’s not live. And when you want to connect with the contact center, you need to call like 10 times. I have to wait for an hour for check in.

App not adequate for rescheduling I booked through this app for a stay at an apartment, and as it turned out I asked to reschedule from that day to another day, but this app only gave the info that it would be checked first, until the original time of my stay was over, there was no clarity at all about being able to reschedule, and my booking couldn't be rescheduled and the MONEY WAS FORFEITED just like that, I don't recommend this app, and will never use this app going forward

don’t buy or rent anything from this application you will regret it they have very very poor service i rented apartments for one month from this application 5 days before i travel to jakarta on the check in day 2 hours before i was on the way to the appointment they messaged me that my appointment is not ready and they can’t refund my money i should wait 2 more days for them to make my appointment ready it’s really funny and their customer service is absolutely terrible

NEVER BOOK The biggest scam ever. Be careful if you book via booking.com cause they also work with travelio. You don’t get your deposit back.

Bad experience I don’t suggest Travelio for renting. I think communication is the main issue with this company. When I contacted their customer service, they tend to be defensive rather than trying to sove the problems. One of my issues: internet connection limit, they kept saying that I’ve been using the wifi to the max so then I cannot ise it anymore until it reset to the next month. But when the second month came, I still don’t have access to the wifi in the apartment. Another issue is because I signed up for their weekly cleaning/washing the bed sheet, I kept waiting for the people to clean up the apartment, but after calling them on my third week, they said I have to ca a specific phone number to make an appointment. How the h… I know that if you don‘t tell me, I don’t even have the cleaning people’s number. They have several different whatsapp numbers to call that I lost track of them. The…

SCAM I tried to make a booking but the card payment wouldn't go through, so I stopped using this app, but later a charge had come through on my card. About 10,000 yen. I checked the app but there was no booking history, a complete scam app. Of course, there's been no contact from support either.

Worst of the worst The room is so bad compairing to what's advertised. The force u to pay for expensive cleaning service u don't need. Hidden fees left and right. Worst experience

Very unprofessional Relocated me 1 hour after the supposedly check in time and give me a room that has been vacant for a week before. The room was very dirty and extremely different from the photo. I asked for another room but then suggest a guesthouse for relocation (my booking was an apartment, so this is basically a scam). Asked for a refund and said that they can’t do it since the booking was already confirmed. Don’t ever book with this app people, the customer service is the worst!

Super bad // Parah Rented 2 apartments. Both apartments are sub par, 2 out of 4 AC died in both Apartments, super dirty, drawers are not clean, dusty, Fridge and freezer super dirty, a lot of spot marks on the bed, no sheets, and no help from the travelio team Sewa 2 apartment. Long-Winded Service Having CS is supposed to help, instead it's go here, go there, you have to confirm with this number, if someone's already been contacted through one number they'll surely keep going there, not be told to go confirm all over the place. Baffling ,

VERY BAD The ones here saying it's good are probably fake ratings. Using this app, check-in is super slow. I'd already requested early check-in because I got to the place early, it got rejected, then when I'd left to go out, out of the blue they said, “want to check in now or not?” I said no because at that point I'd gone out to wait until check-in time. When the time came, my check-in was at 18.00, and then instead they handled a customer whose check-in time was 18.30, and the distance to the apartment I booked was far, I waited until 7:30, from the time I arrived at 4 pm asking for early check-in. -The unit's facilities didn't work properly, the TV couldn't be used. - Before I'd even checked out, the staff just barged into the unit, even though I'd already confirmed check-out at 1 o'clock because my check-in was late. Even the wifi you have to pay extra for. -Don't be tempted by the cheap prices on this app because there are still lots of other add-on charges, cleaning service, wifi you have to pay extra for.
