NEVER RENT HERE NEVER RENT AN APARTMENT THROUGH TRAVELIO. I'm writing this because I don't want you guys to lose money renting an apartment through this company. I stayed for 1 month, then suddenly while it was still the rental period, suddenly the code to open the door was suddenly changed. Imagine if customer service had already gone to sleep, then I couldn't have gotten into the room that night. Then, after checkout, I got charged for the rice cooker when it was ONLY the cable, but the full rice cooker was replaced. Then, an electric kettle that I NEVER SAW AT ALL was charged and written down as being there. IF YOU GUYS DON'T WANT TO LOSE MONEY, DON'T RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Not impressed The app needs some serious work! Whenever you open another window (say google) and then try to go back to the app it has closed down forcing you to start all over in your search. The filtering is broken because when you select a feature you get many listings that do not include the feature you are searching for. Finally, many listings are shown that are already rented out causing untold frustration when you finally find one you like only to find out that it is unavailable.

Disappointed They should clean the apartment right before we check in. No drinking water provided. Also the app is very much computer operating... reply Our question with totally different topic. Slow response. Try to call but hardly anyone pick up the phone. Send the ulity bill, and expect us to pay at the same day. No matter you in the middle of something. Send Us many reminder email and wa to pay Utility before even sending us the bill. Not professional. The apartment is big though. That’s why I am staying here.

Don’t install nor use the service Next to a scam. Properties I rented were all dirty, we are charged cleaning fee but we have to re-clean everything. No customer protection at all. Don’t install or ever use the service at all.

Incompetent and unprofessional company Listing of the unit was inaccurate and did not have all the facilities I required (the reason why I chose the unit in the first place). Subsequently, having to deal with different departments and customer service personnel, who don’t update themselves on what has transpired and contradict each other, has been a long and arduous process. It’s been a nightmare having to deal w Travelio. And I will definitely avoid them in the future.

Critics The worst apps that i ever use

Gets the job done but... Useful app to get bookings made but clunky interface, clumsy language translation and poor display of apartments (when they are not available despite giving the requested dates) make it a pain rather than a joy to use.
